"I'm having difficulty previewing my site. When I click the 'Preview' icon, I'm getting 'Page Not Found'?"
If you're having a difficult time viewing your mobile site, the likely reason: You've configured a custom domain for your site.

Second, do make sure that you've set up your CNAME entry properly in your domain's DNS zone, and that you have also allowed 48 hours for your DNS changes to propagate. If both of these conditions have been met and you are still struggling to preview your mobile site, contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
As an absolute last resort (if deadlines are looming), simply disable the CNAME configuration for the time being:
- Click on the 'Site Settings' icon to navigate to the 'Site Settings' page.
- Click on the 'Custom Domain Settings' link in the upper right hand corner.
- Clear the 'Domain Name' field by deleting any text that appears inside of it.
- Click 'Update'.
