Create a native Apple iApplication From a Mobile Website

I want to create a mobile application from my mobile website, without requiring users to 'save' the site to their mobile desktop.

You can, with the caveat that to do so may require some help from an iOS developer. Mobile websites can be 'wrapped' inside of an application wrapper that functions just like any native iApp, but an application that hosts the mobile website as its function.
